With You From The Outset
We will work with you from the outset to define your scope, timelines and requirements. Having understood your needs we would look to select the design team that is required for the fundamentals of your project such as: Architect, Planning Consultant, Landscape Consultant, Interiors, M&E consultant and Structural Engineer.
We identify the overall programme from conception to planning, tender, construction, completion and post completion defects period. Once appointed, Sherbourne Project Management would manage the team to ensure that the project is kept on track.
Planning
Planning is a pivotal procedure that has evolved to become progressively intricate and time-consuming. At Sherbourne Project Management, we specialse in orchestrating this process on your behalf. It demands meticulous deliberation and a precise approach, which is why we have curated an exclusive roster of dependable consultants we collaborate with to ensure its effective management.
Management
Having created your initial concepts with an architect, submitted for planning if required, we look to form the tender process in order to appoint your main contractor. We can advise on which contractors to go out to based on location and type of build. Once selected Sherbourne Project Management will remain with you to act as that link between yourself and the contractor and all the other team members. Whether you like to be heavily involved or less so, we report to you throughout the duration of the build.
We look to ensure that the project deliverables meet the high standards that both you and we expect. This involves contract administration, regular site checks and conducting quality reviews as well as setting up tracking mechanisms to ensure team members are meeting deadlines; one of the main tasks through all the stages is clear communication and ensuring that you as the client are regularly informed on progress, changes and issues.
